How do I contact you?To make a reservation, please call us on 020 8746 7625 or email us on reservations@aromabuffet.co.uk. Our opening hours can be found on our main page. If you need to change a reservation, you can reach us directly by email or by phone. We currently only take reservations for groups of 15 people or more. If your group is less than 15, please simply walk in.

What is your cancellation policy?If you can’t make it to your reservation, please cancel in advance. Free cancellations over 48 hours in advance of the reservation. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full deposit amount.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan & gulten free options?Yes, we have options that are vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. Please feel free to get in contact if you have further questions.

Do you offer Halal meat?Yes, we are proud to be the largest halal buffet in London.

Are you wheelchair accessible?Aroma Buffet is on the first floor of West 12 Shopping Centre, which has a public lift.

Do you have a dress code?We do not have a dress code. Come as you’re most comfortable.

Do you have outdoor seating?No, we do not any outdoor seating.

Do you have a private dining area?We do not have a private dining area at Aroma but we do offer large group bookings. Should you wish to discuss large group bookings, please call us on 020 8746 7625 or email us on reservations@aromabuffet.co.uk.

What type of cuisine does Aroma serve?Our vast menu features dishes from all around South East Asia to India. We classify it as Pan Asian Cuisine.

How many choices are there?We have around 100 individual options for you to choose from. We would recommend you try a bit of everything.

How long can we stay when we dine at Aroma?We have a time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes during weekends and bank holidays per table, this starts when you have been shown to a table by a member of our team.

Where do I park when I visit Aroma?West12 shopping centre offers customer parking. The entrance to the car park is on Charecroft Way. Prices for parking start at £3 for the first hour, for more information please visit West12 Shopping Centres website, under ‘Getting Here’.

Is everything in the buffer all you can eat?Yes, food is served non stop for the duration of your table time. However, you can order from the teppanyaki grill, but please note that only one portion can be ordered at a time. Don’t worry, though - you’re welcome to order as many times as you'd like, and the chefs will prepare each dish fresh for you!

Can I bring guests who are not eating?As an all-you-can-eat buffet, we are unable to monitor individual customers. Therefore, we cannot exempt anyone from paying for their seating, even if they do not eat.

Can I bring my own cake for a birthday celebration?Aroma Buffet W12 welcomes guests to bring their own cake for special occasions, making it a great spot for birthday parties or other celebrations. However, for fire safety, candles that produce smoke, like sparklers and fountain candles, are not permitted. Feel free to bring traditional candles to add a personal touch to your celebration without compromising safety.

How can I claim a free birthday meal?To claim your free birthday meal, reserve a table at least 48hours in advance. The birthday must be on the day of the reservation with a minimum of three other guests, at least 1 must paying full price. A valid photo ID and reservation confirmation are required. Copies or photographs of your photo ID are not accepted

How often is the sashimi replenished?Salmon Sashimi and Sweet Prawn Sashimi are refilled every 15 minutes, ensuring that you can enjoy fresh, high-quality sashimi throughout your meal.
